Possibility
of acquiring credits of carbon from the burning
of biogas of landfills is propitiating a continuous
improvement in the destination of waste, clearly
reflecting in higher hygiene, environmental
safety and life conditions to local supporters.
As a result of this new opportunity of socio-economic
and environmental gain, Brasmetano concentrated
its efforts in the consolidation of techniques
and technologies that allow the rational utilization
of landfills.
The base of all these possibilities for aggregation
of values comes from the availability of the
biogas generated from waste. |

The
Biogas Burning System is composed of:
Unit for extraction of biogas and accessories.
Unit for burning of biogas and accessories,
Unit for control of the system, Electric Power
Generating Unit (optional),
Evaporation Unit for Leach (optional).
These units, except the unit for burning,
are installed in 20´ or 40´ Containers.
